Come work for a family-owned Veterinary Practice. We currently have 4 Doctors. We offer Ultrasound, Laser Treatments, Digital Imaging, Dental X-Ray and VSMT. We are open Monday through Friday. We take pride in our team spirit. No matter how nice the facility, the team is the most important piece of a successful practice! We offer therapeutic Laser, ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray and a cloud-based practice management system. We greatly prefer 2+ years’ experience but new grads may apply. We are open Monday through Friday, with no weekends or On-Call shifts.

Education and Experience

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from accredited college or university.
  • Veterinary: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to ensuring that all patients and clients are treated ethically. Focus on room flow and client education
  • Demonstrates proficiency in the use of computers and computer software
  • Read and maintain electronic medical records
  • You must be able to practice Veterinary Care with a Fear Free approach.
  • We also desire team members whom want to take on additional responsibilities and advance in their careers

Education and Experience

  • Current unrestricted license/certification in veterinary technology within the State of Wisconsin
  • Degree in Veterinary Technology is encouraged
  • CVT: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Answer multiple phone lines utilizing proper telephone etiquette
  • Greeting and welcoming clients with sincerity and pets with love
  • Scheduling appointments using our scheduling software
  • Emailing/scanning
  • Collect client payments
  • Willingness to learn basic medical terminology and protocols
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Open and close business
  • Cleaning and maintaining rooms and lobby
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift at least 40 lbs
